Oh ya, the big black menace arrived last night!

Work really did me in today. Not that much going on really but it felt like a really busy day. I am going to go have some drinks with the AM tonight and will start all over tomorrow. Work all weekend! Why, why me!

I am going cold turkey right now. I just finished the last pepsi and I am going tea only. I give myself a few hours before I crash from my constant sugar high.

The most terrible thing happened today! I went out to my garden to check on things this morning and my brussell sprout seedling was gone. No it was not shriveled up or broken, it was gone. No trace of the poor little seedling anywhere. What kind of animal would do such a thing? Not to worry I have another brussell sprout plant but it is smaller and not as healthy. I covered it with a wire cage. I hope that works if not I am going to be very mad.

I added a little to the skirt that I made now I just need a cute shirt to go with it. I think that I have the perfect pattern. Off to go look.

Why is the USDA still making the food pyramid and not the FDA or the Surgeon General's Office!

I have been trying to eat meals that are more healthy than the normal fast food that Brendan and I have been eating the past few months. I am wondering does it do any good to add vegetables to your diet if you are always covering them in butter! At least there are some vegetables there, that was not the case before.
